- INTRODUCTION
Mission Statement
Rayal is a non-governmental center for social and cultural activities. Our purpose is to develop the cultural aspects including, holding different cultural and traditional activities for creating international sisterly friendship, cultural exchange, and variety of cultural activities.
Who we are :-
Since 12th December 2010 Rayal center established officially through has a legal permission from the Ministry of Interior by the order number (28994)
What we do :-
This center aims to create friendship between cities, and knowledge of different cultures, and conduct cultural and social activities for respecting human rights besides and advancing democracy.

Rayal’s General objective/s
- To create relationship with different countries and cultures in order to know and accept each other’s culture, the principle of peaceful exchange of cultures, with the advancement of genuine friendship and visit each other for receiving mutual interests.
- To exchange memorial notes between cities, and introducing new and old cultures, traditions, historical and archeological heritages, and social characteristics of nations around the world.
- To create relationship between cities throughout the organizations, which works for social, artistic, sportive and cultural activities
- To familiarizing local schools with each other in Kurdistan and to the foreign schools for the exchange of addresses and e-mail messages between students and exchange of cultural activities among friends.
- To promote electronic relationships, to build a network of friendship between the people who have similar functions, organizations and centers.
- To avoid discrimination based on region or ethnicity, the center aims to promote and protect Kurdish culture and traditions and merge with modern ideas (e.g. face book, e-mail).
- To build a social relationship with local population from different regions in Kurdistan. The fundamental principle of this relationship is to build on trust and assistance among the participants.
- To demonstrate the social and cultural differences in order to develop society.
- To receive interest from the Kurdish emigrants outside Kurdistan for the purpose of creating the thread of relations for the exchange of cultures.
- To conduct various cultural activities to improve the Kurdish culture.
- To create small core groups of (3 to 7) people to form teams. The team will be named to fit their tasks. These groups are formed according to age and skills, participants work as volunteers for improving society under the rule of law.
Our activities since we established:-
- Coordination with concern department relating to exchange culture and supporting in developing strategy.
- Strengthen the sister relationship with DULTH city in USA through field trip to America and the group from American folks visit Kurdistan.
- Arrange the art festival in Ranya with cooperation with local concern department.
Our capacity:-
Rayal center is voluntary established and we have a lot of volunteers can work and support us. Our reputation and trust make our center more strong and known by local authorities and concern departments.
